The Repurposed Manor

The Repurposed Manor A Preserved Estate Vivisari discovers that Vivisari Vexaria's Manor has been maintained exactly as she left it. Its grounds are full of maids and butlers who train, study, and live as an organized elite. Winston’s Legacy The staff belong to White Gloves, an institution Winston founded in Vivisari’s absence. The estate has become an academy rather than a private residence. A Living Inheritance The discovery shows that Winston did not merely wait for his former mistress. He preserved her property by turning it into a legacy that continued to serve the world.

The Academy Duel

The Academy Duel A Defensive Misunderstanding Constance confronts Vivisari as an intruder who has bypassed the manor’s wards. She attacks before learning that the legendary owner has returned. A Perfect Spar Vivisari responds with restrained enthusiasm, testing Constance and then four additional White Gloves. The duel destroys much of the grounds but never truly threatens the students. A Humbling Reunion Winston arrives to find his academy damaged and his pupils defeated. Vivisari repairs the grounds with The Clockwork Unwinds, and Winston recognizes her by character as much as by power.
